Thank you for shopping with PrintzCustom LLC.

Because our products are custom-made from photos submitted by customers, all lithophanes and photo products are considered personalized items.

Custom Orders
All sales are final once production begins. Due to the personalized nature of our products, PrintzCustom LLC does not accept returns or exchanges for items made from customer-provided photos.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the damage or defect is confirmed, PrintzCustom LLC may offer one of the following at our discretion:
• A replacement item at no cost
• A full or partial refund to the original payment method

Customer Photo Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded photos are clear and correct. PrintzCustom LLC is not responsible for issues caused by low-resolution images, dark photos, incorrect images, or poor photo quality.

Slight Variations
Because lithophanes are 3D printed and rely on light to display the image, slight variations in appearance may occur and are not considered defects.
