Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. PrintzCustom LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
PrintzCustom LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers may contact the carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.
